Our 23nd Queen, Veronica Tutt was initiated through the Lambda Phi chapter at Marquette University and is currently a member of the Jacksonville Alumnae Chapter.
When asked why it was important to her to support, she stated, “One of our past JAC presidents always reminded us that ‘to whom much is given much is required.’ (Luke 12:48) I try to give when I can. It may not always be money; giving of time is also very important.” Soror Tutt also feels honored when asked to provide a teachable moment, especially knowing that she was blessed to have mentors in her life that have been there when she needed them. “To this day, even with almost fifty years in our beloved sorority, I still seek the advice of my mentors. You can teach an old dog a new trick!” Soror Tutt concluded.
Thank you, Veronica Tutt for sharing your journey of mentorship. Your contributions are greatly appreciated.
