Soror Leonard was initiated in 1978 through the Gamma Tau, Tuskegee University, and is a current member of the Huntsville Alumnae chapter. Her dedication to Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is truly inspiring.

When asked about a famous quote that resonates deeply with her, Soror Leonard shared two by Maya Angelou:

  1. “There is no place where God is not.” – This quote reflects her belief that faith in God will guide you through every aspect of your journey.
  2. “If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude.” – This quote emphasizes the importance of being a team player and maintaining a positive attitude.
